1. The minimum requirement is not lower than 2,500 stems/shipment.
2. Payment term is T/T 100% in advance before the process begins.
3. The under-value invoice is not allowed.
4. We can prepare C/O, Form A as your require.
Shipping process will be
1. The shipping document, Full invoice and packing List, will be sent by email to you one day before or on
the arrival date.
2. Copy of Airway Bill, Phytosanitary certificate, and C/O will be sent by email to you in the morning on
the arrival date.
3. The original documents (Invoice, Packing List, Airway Bill, Phytosanitary certificate, and Form A or C/O)
will be delivered along with a plane to you on the arrival date.

DEAR ALL CUSTOMERS,
We’d like to inform our fumigation policy and responsibility in case the unsatisfactory matter you may face,
please acknowledge these following instructions.
1. After shipment was fumigated, customer is requested to inform our company at immediately or soonest.
2. Every fumigation needs to have paper from the institution of fumigation. Please inform us according
to your shipment details as follows;
• Shipment arrival date
• Invoice / Awb number
• Item of the fumigation flower and the details of unsatisfactory matter.
• Total of flower fumigated (stems) and cost of fumigation.
Fumigation at destination
- Bangkok Green Co., Ltd is responsible 50% on fumigation cost to share between company and
customer.
- After fumigation, customer has an authorization to sell those flowers as usual.
Destruction (Destroy shipment)
- Bangkok Green Co., Ltd is responsible 100% on the flower and freight cost.
- Any expenses at destination may charge will not be accepted by our policy.
3. After we accept the fumigation, we’ll issue a credit note and send to you to apply with your account later.

DENDROBIUM & MOKARA AND VANDA SHELF LIFE
At appropriate temperature, the Dendrobium cut-orchid will generally last long 10-14 days vase life.
The Vanda and Mokara will last up to 7-10 days. They will last longer at cooler room temperatures.
Best storage temperature is 10-15 degree Celsius.
Term of Care for Cut Orchids
1. To keep good condition of cut-orchid as fresh as possible. After the arrival of shipment at your airport,
the shipment should be kept in cooling storage best temperature at 10-15 degree Celsius immediately.
Do not leave outdoor and keep away from direct to sunlight and heat sources
2. Upon customer’s receiving the cut-orchid in package, open boxes immediately and remove wrapping
of sleeve (the cut-flowers should not be kept in box too longer than 4-5 days), refresh blooms with spray
water mist, then cut ½ inch (approximately 1-2 cm) with sharp knife from stems if possible while the stem
is submerged in water, put them in pure clean water and put flowers in a cool place, they will last longer at
cooler room temperature. Best storage temperature is 10-15 degree
Celsius. And change water every 2-3 days.
